Since you have an aluminum trailer I suggest using a tie-down that has a backing plate like # RR5K. This will help reinforce the tie-down since aluminum may not hold up. It would be even better if you can install the tie-downs to the frame of the trailer. This tie-down has a 5,000 pound capacity so that won't be an issue for your UTV.

The mounting points for the Tow-Rax Low-Profile Floor Track # TWSP72TA are spaced every 12" with the 6' track having 7 mounting holes. The hole opening will accept a 1/4" countersunk screw and I recommend using a stainless steel screw for mounting on your aluminum trailer. The length will depend on your particular trailer and how thick the floor is and if you tie into the aluminum beams with any of the screw holes. If you already have four E-Tracks mounted to the floor of your enclosed trailer and you wish to secure your ATV with only straps, not wheel chocks too, you certainly can do this. But instead of using the strap-and-chock kit # EM09160 you can use one of the E-Track strap-only items shown on the linked page, such as 2-inch x 12-foot ratchet strap # EM59136 which is rated for a working load limit (WLL) of 1165-lbs.

I have a solution for you, but the straps that come with the # EM09160 will only safely fit up to 30 inch diameter tires. There's not a complete kit available that will work, but you can add the Erickson E-Track Wheel Tie-Down Strap with Roller Idler and Ratchet - 2" x 12' - 1,100 lbs # EM58523 to replace the straps in the # EM09160 and they'll allow you to secure your RZR with 35 inch tires. view full answer...
I do have a solution for you, but I think welding something to the floor is going to really limit where you can place things to have them tied down. I don't think you're going to be able to get away from the issue with galvanic corrosion since most tie downs are going to be steel, you can still use a steel system on the aluminum floor as long as there is some sort of barrier between the two surfaces-rubber, plastic, wood, etc..
